Muhammad Irfan-ul-Haq is the Chief Executive officer of ZIL Ltd since April 2025. With a career spanning nearly 20 years in different leadership roles, he has diverse experience in Commercial Development, Business Strategy Formulation and Execution, Change management and People Development. He has worked inside and outside Pakistan with local and international cross functional and culturally diverse teams on Organizational Transformation and Category and Customer Development Initiatives. Before taking over as CEO of ZIL Ltd. Irfan was on the board of ZIL Ltd as director for two years and prior to that he has worked with Nestle on various commercial roles inside and outside Pakistan for nearly seventeen years. Irfan is a certified Board Member from Chartered Institute of Corporate Governance, an MBA from the United Kingdom, and also holds a B.Sc. Degree In Electronics Engineering along with various executive level qualifications form prestigious local and international institutions.

He has around 25 years of extensive working experience in the fields of Reporting, Finance, Corporate and IT Supervision. Ata holds a master’s degree in commerce. He is also a fellow member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA). He also holds certifications in internal auditing and law. His strong academic background, combined with esteemed certifications and extensive experience, has enabled him to provide valuable advisory services to leadership and contribute significantly to organizational growth. He started his career in finance with Swiss Specialty Chemicals (Pvt) Limited and has also worked for Pakistan Machine Tools Factory before joining ZIL Limited. Ata has showcased adaptability and dedication throughout his professional journey and has grown with the company.

With around 30 years of working experience of leading various functions like QA, product development, material managments, procurement, and Project managment, Shiblee has played a vital role in developing and improving the company’s overall supply chain process. He holds a master’s degree in chemical process industries (CPI) from University of Karachi, and is qulified supply chain professional and IRCA certified lead auditor for QMS ISO 9001, EMS ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Also certified in various management programs from national and international institutions like REDC LUMS, PIMS, GRID Inc., etc. He has worked for Consultant International, Pakistan Refinery, & Proctor & Gamble before joining ZIL. He has grown with the company and is always eager to explore new challenges at ZIL. Beside his core competency of supply chain, he has excellent command over QA and RD process. He represents ZIL in various trade unions and industrial forums like PSMA, KCCI, FPCCI, PCMA, BQATI/PQATI etc., He worked as Vice Chairman of Pakistan soap manufacturing association (PSMA) during 2022-2024.

Aneel Arshad Ali is a highly accomplished C-Level Human Resource professional, currently serving as Head of HR and Secretary HRRC at ZIL Limited. With a career spanning over two decades, Aneel has amassed rich and diverse experience across multiple industries, equipping him with a deep understanding of human resource management's strategic and operational dimensions. His professional journey is marked by a series of pivotal HR leadership roles at prominent organizations. He has led HR functions at Mezan Tea, the multifaceted Gerry’s Group (including FedEx Express, VISA, FedEx Trade Network, and mygerrys.com), Chase Value Centre, KAPRAY, and Orient Oils Pvt Limited. Additionally, he held senior HR roles at Pak Hy-Oils Limited, Tapal Tea Pvt Limited, Pirani Group (Super Power Bikes), Qubee, and Feroze1888 Mills Ltd, contributing significantly to the transformation and strengthening of HR practices in these organizations. Aneel holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, which provides a solid theoretical foundation for his extensive practical experience. He is also a Certified Lead Auditor for QMS ISO 9001 and is Certified in IMS Implementation & Internal Auditing, demonstrating his commitment to quality and integrated management systems. His expertise includes implementing HRMS automation, establishing comprehensive HR policies, and leading organizational transformations in industries such as fashion retail, oil manufacturing, FMCG, industrial materials, advertising, and interior design.

Shabbir brings over 22 years of sales experience with a proven track record in driving growth, strategic planning, and market development. He joined ZIL Limited in 2003 and progressed through various roles before being appointed General Manager – Sales. Since taking over as Head of Sales in 2015, he has led major transformation in sales structure and nationwide expansion. Shabbir holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Punjab and has also worked with IFFCO Beauty UAE, managing the Pakistan market in the personal care segment.

Hassan Ali Syed is a seasoned Marketing Professional with more than 15 years of experience working for various Multinational and Local companies and having worked in several departments including Communications, Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Media (Digital & Traditional) and PR. Hassan is a Fulbright scholar and holds an MBA degree from University of Colorado, USA and a bachelor's degree from LUMS.

Omar Ali Shah is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with 19+ years of experience in modern trade, key accounts, and international markets. Currently he is the National Key Accounts Manager at ZIL Ltd., he has held leadership roles at Shan Foods and Nestlé Pakistan, delivering strong growth and successful product launches. With expertise in channel strategy, exports, and customer engagement, Omar combines data-driven planning with hands-on execution. He holds advanced degrees in Finance and has completed international trainings in sales, negotiation, and marketing.
